Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Audit Manager looking for a role where you can lead a talented team, manage a diverse client portfolio and play a key part in the growth of a successful accountancy practice?
A well-established accountancy practice in Chelmsford is looking to appoint an Audit Manager to join its expanding Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied client portfolio, lead audit engagements from planning through to completion and work closely with the wider team.
Responsibilities:
As an Audit Manager, you will...
*Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered.
*Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, reviewing work and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the audit process.
*Coach, mentor and develop junior members of the team, supporting their technical and professional development.
*Work closely with Partners to manage workflow, identify advisory opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

*ACA or ACCA qualified.
