Full job descriptionProperty Litigator | Birmingham
An established Birmingham law firm is looking for a Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team.
Ideally suited to a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.

The role will involve:
*Contentious landlord & tenant matters across residential and commercial property
*Boundary and general property disputes
*TOLATA claims
*Property-related professional negligence
*Supporting the wider commercial litigation team where required
The successful candidate will have:
*Strong communication skills
*Excellent advocacy skills
*A high level of client care
*The ability to manage a busy caseload
*The ability to meet tight deadlines
*A proactive approach to business development
