Location: Doncaster or one of the firm’s Lincolnshire offices
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 09:00 to 17:15, Monday to Friday
A well-established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing property team.
This is a great opportunity for a residential property professional looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload, work directly with clients and become part of a supportive and established team.
The Role
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
*Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
*Remortgages and transfers of equity
*Dealing with lenders, estate agents and other third parties
*Reviewing contracts, leases and title documentation
*Managing files and ensuring transactions progress efficiently
*Providing clear and practical advice to clients
*Building strong relationships with clients and other professionals
*Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where required
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
*At least 5 years PQE or equivalent experience in residential property
*Strong experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
*Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
*A good working knowledge of IT and legal case management systems
