This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator looking to build a long-term career within financial services. Whether you’re currently working within a financial planning environment or have gained administration experience in another professional services setting, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values development and progression.
You’ll work closely with advisers and support staff, helping to manage client records, process new business and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do
*Provide administrative support to advisers and the wider team
*Prepare and process client documentation and new business applications
*Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
*Liaise with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and documentation
*Support advisers with meeting preparation and follow up administration
*Monitor cases through to completion, ensuring clients and stakeholders are kept updated
*Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence
*Assist with general office administration and day-to-day business support
*Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements
What you’ll need
*Previous experience within an administration or office support role
*Financial services experience would be advantageous
*An interest in developing a career within financial planning and wealth management
