A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Reading is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing property team.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, acting for a varied client base and managing transactions from instruction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-regarded team with strong progression opportunities.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New-build properties
*Lease extensions and related matters
*Dealing with lenders, agents and other third parties
*Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
*Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
*Managing matters through to exchange and completion
*Working to deadlines and maintaining strong client relationships
