Currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-recognised Commercial Property team in the West Midlands. The specialist team is recognised as one of the best Commercial Property departments in the region and offers a broad range of services to a diverse client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2PQE commercial property solicitor looking to join a well-established team with strong opportunities for career development.
The Role:
*Freehold sales and purchases
*Property development and associated agreements
*Residential development
*Property funding
*Pension fund transactions
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Agricultural and rural land
*Title investigation and rectification
*Clawback, overage and pre-emption agreements
What the firm is looking for:
*Qualified Lawyer, either Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
*NQ - 2 years’ broad Commercial Property experience, although more senior candidates are welcome
*Strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to client matters
*Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
