Full job descriptionAs a Paralegal (Clinical Negligence) in Reading, you’ll play a key role in supporting the legal team by managing casework, drafting documents, and liaising with clients. Your work will help ensure the smooth handling of clinical negligence cases in the professional services sector.

Description
*Assist with the preparation and management of clinical negligence casework.
*Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
*Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
*Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
*Maintain accurate and organised case files and documentation.
*Support solicitors in court preparations and hearings.
*Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
*Handle administrative tasks to facilitate smooth case progression.
Profile
A successful Paralegal (Clinical Negligence) should have:
*Experience or education in legal studies, particularly in clinical negligence or related areas.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
*Proficiency with legal software and standard office applications.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
Job Offer
*Daily rate of £31,500 to £38,500, dependent on the level of experience.
*Temporary role offering valuable experience in clinical negligence law.
