Description
*Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
*Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Supervise and support the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
*Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
*Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial planning.
*Work closely with external auditors and other third parties when required.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA.
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting.
*Proven experience in managing financial operations and leading a finance team.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
*Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
