Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
A growing claimant personal injury firm is looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding Manchester team.
This is an excellent time to join a busy department offering high quality work, strong progression and the chance to develop your career within Clinical Negligence.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, covering both pre issue and litigated matters.
You’ll typically handle claims up to £100,000, with opportunities to gain exposure to more complex work. You’ll also work closely with the Head of Department on high value and catastrophic injury claims, including birth injury cases.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor with experience handling Clinical Negligence claims.
You’ll have strong technical and drafting skills, excellent client care and the confidence to manage your own caseload. You’ll also be ambitious and keen to take on increasingly complex work.
