Full job descriptionWe’ve got an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our client, covering a portfolio of commercial sites based solely across Berkshire. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee a portfolio of commercial sites, manage client expectations, and take initiative to maintain high standards of service.
Mobile Maintenance Engineer Duties:
*Carry out PPM and reactive mechanical maintenance.
*Work on motors, generators (on/off load testing), shutdowns, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, sprinkler systems, pumps, belts, bearings, seals and water treatment systems.
*Operate and have an understanding of BMS systems.
*Safely isolate plant and equipment in line with site and statutory safety procedures.
*Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with current regulations and standards.
*Promote safe working practices and high-quality workmanship.
*Coordinate and supervise subcontractors where required.
*Complete logbooks, RAMS, reports and permits to work.
*Raise and close jobs using PDA systems.
*Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
*Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience within commercial building maintenance.
*Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
*Apprentice-trained background desirable.
*Full UK driving licence.
*Must be based in or able to cover Berkshire only.
Salary & Package:
*£43,000 - £45,000 per annum

*Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
*25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
*Berkshire-based portfolio only
