Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a market-leading business in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Demand Planner to join their team.
As a Demand Planner, you will own demand forecasting, inventory investment decisions, and supplier relationships across the business’s core product categories, ensuring stock availability while supporting commercial growth.
What’s On Offer:
*37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with flexible start times and an early finish on a Friday
*Flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home)
*23 days holiday + bank holidays
*Free on-site parking
*Pension
Key Responsibilities:
*Own demand forecasting and weekly order planning to keep stock availability on track
*Develop seasonal buying strategies for promotions and peak trading periods
*Spot stock opportunities and make inventory investment recommendations
*Plan ahead on capacity and run Minimum Order Quantity reviews
*Manage supplier relationships to improve service levels and lead times
*Partner with Channel Managers and report on forecast accuracy, stock levels and supply chain performance
Previous Experience:
*Analytical and technical background
*Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP
*High attention to detail
