German-speaking graduate looking to start a career in project management?This is an excellent opportunity to join an established international packaging and design business, working with major FMCG and retail brands across Europe.
We’re looking for a German Speaking Graduate Project Executive to support the delivery of client projects and develop a career in project management, account management or client services.
You’ll work alongside an experienced Account Director, supporting German-speaking clients and coordinating projects from brief through to delivery.
No previous project management, packaging or agency experience is required – full training will be provided.
As you develop your skills and confidence, you’ll take on increasing responsibility for your own projects and smaller client accounts.
The RoleYou’ll play an important role in keeping client projects organised and on track.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the coordination of client projects from brief through to delivery
*Communicating with German-speaking clients and internal teams
*Coordinating project tasks, deadlines and actions
*Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates
*Maintaining accurate project information and documentation
*Supporting the delivery of packaging and retail design projects
*Helping ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
*Responding to client queries and building strong client relationships
*Supporting the Account Director with day-to-day project and account management
*Taking on increasing responsibility as your experience develops
About YouWe’re looking for a graduate who is:
*Fluent in German with strong English language skills
*Educated to degree level
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
*Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
*Proactive, curious and keen to learn
*Interested in developing a career in project management, account management or client services
*Able to commute to Purley, South London
Your degree can be in any subject. You don’t need to have studied German, provided you have strong German language skills.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills and desire to develop.
You don’t need previous experience in project management, packaging or the creative industry – full training will be provided.
