A growing legal team in Essex is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join them.
This isn’t just another high-volume conveyancing position. The firm is looking for someone who wants to take ownership of their work, build strong client relationships and be part of a team where their contribution is genuinely valued.
What will you be doing?
You’ll have responsibility for your own residential property caseload, dealing with a mixture of:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New-build work
*Lease extensions
*Contract reviews and negotiations
*Lender requirements
*Exchange and completion
You’ll be dealing directly with clients and working closely with estate agents, lenders and other professionals throughout each transaction.
