We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contract covering properties throughout Bolton.This is a temporary role offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role
*Carrying out responsive plumbing repairs and maintenance
*Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
*Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
*Working on hot and cold water systems
*Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within target times
*Working in occupied and void domestic properties
*Maintaining excellent customer service when dealing with tenants
What you’ll need to succeed
*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
*Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
*Full UK Driving Licence
