£85,000-£95,000 + up to 25% bonus
4 days per week in the office
We’re partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Manager to lead their UK IT function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a small but business-critical IT team, working closely with senior leadership and acting as the key link between IT and the wider UK business.
Reporting directly to the UK Finance Director, you’ll lead a team of four and be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services aligned with the organisation’s global technology strategy.
We’re looking for someone with:
*Experience leading and developing a small IT team
*A background working in fast-paced, hands-on environments
*Strong IT service management and ITIL experience
*IT project management and delivery experience
*Good understanding of end-user computing, networking, vendors and security
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*A track record of motivating teams and driving positive change
Experience within FMCG or Retail would be highly beneficial, as would experience within a startup, scale-up or high-growth environment.
The business is based in Central London and operates four days per week in the office, with Fridays from home. Five days per week will likely be expected initially while getting settled into the role.
Package: £85,000-£95,000 base + annual bonus of up to 25%.
