Key Responsibilities*Assisting service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
*Supporting individuals with daily living activities and promoting independence.
*Providing companionship and emotional support.
*Assisting with mobility and ensuring a safe environment.
*Monitoring and reporting changes in health and wellbeing.
*Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans.
*Adhering to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
Essential Requirements*Must hold a valid Mandatory Care Training Certificate (or equivalent mandatory training in Health & Social Care).
*Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant is preferred.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings if required.
*Right to work in the UK.
