This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quantitative operations leader to join a growing research organisation at a senior level. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and driving the successful delivery of complex quantitative research projects across international markets.

The Role
*Lead the day-to-day operations of the quantitative research function.
*Manage, coach, and develop a team focused on delivering high-quality quantitative research projects.
*Drive operational strategy, process improvements, and best practice across the department.
*Oversee project allocation, resource planning, and workflow management to ensure efficient delivery.
*Establish and maintain training, onboarding, and quality control processes.
*Ensure projects are delivered in line with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, providing expert operational leadership.
*Monitor team performance, utilisation, and budgets to support business objectives.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong commercial experience managing quantitative research operations or fieldwork teams.
*Proven leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
*Background within market research, insights, healthcare research, or a related data-focused environment.
*Strong project management and resource planning skills.
*Experience improving operational processes and driving efficiency.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
*Proficiency with research platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
