We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Alert & ITIL Event Manager to support a critical secure customer environment. Working closely with both customer stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in monitoring infrastructure, managing events and incidents, and ensuring service continuity across operational networks.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor live IT infrastructure and manage alerts, events and incidents.
*Raise, investigate and escalate incidents to relevant resolver groups.
*Configure and optimise event monitoring and alerting solutions.
*Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards.
*Support continuous improvement of event management processes and best practices.
*Work closely with customer stakeholders, service teams and operations staff.
Essential Skills
*Strong ITIL Event Management and Incident Management experience.
*Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as:
*SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NTA, VMAN)
*BMC TrueSight / Discovery
*SCOM
*Riverbed NetIM
*WhatsUp Gold
*Tanium
*Tripwire

*Experience within NOC, Service Operations or Infrastructure Monitoring environments.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
