A premier US law firm in the city is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the London team on an 18 month – FTC. The human resources function at the firm oversees the operational aspects of payroll, employee benefits and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

HR Advisor – What you’ll be doing:
*Manage parental leave processes, including maternity, shared parental and paternity leave.
*Manage long-term absence and occupational health cases.
*Oversee immigration matters, including visa applications, renewals and tracking.
*Assist with arrangements for short-term assignments to and from other offices and client secondments
*Manage flexible working requests.
*Support on HRIS (Workday) projects, initiatives, and programmes for London.
*Provide support on employee relations matters.
*Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
*Draft HR correspondence and letters as required.
*Produce ad-hoc reports when required.
*Support cyclical HR activities and provide ad-hoc assistance to the Director of Administration and Head of HR, if required.
HR Advisor- What we are looking for :
*Previous experience in a law firm environment.
*Knowledge of UK immigration matters, including sponsorship.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
*Strong IT skills: Workday experience is advantageous.
*Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
