Location: Edinburgh City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts typically between 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our clients for a professional and personable Receptionist to support their teams on an ongoing ad hoc temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible work who enjoys front-of-house responsibilities and thrives in a busy, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional reception area
*Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
*Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared for visitors
*Providing general administrative support and assisting with facilities coordination
*Liaising professionally with internal teams and external contacts
Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or customer service role
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office and other office systems
*Friendly, professional and able to work independently
*Flexible and available to cover shifts at short notice when required
