Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an exciting and growing organisation based in Bicester to recruit a Management Accountant on a 12-month FTC.
Strong SAP experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare monthly management accounts and lead month-end/year-end close.
*Analyse P&L and balance sheet accounts, investigating variances.
*Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and provisions.
*Monitor project performance, revenue, margins and WIP.
*Analyse labour utilisation, overheads and operational costs.
*Support tax compliance, audits and statutory reporting.
*Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and standards.
About You*Strong, hands-on SAP experience is essential.
*Strong management accounting and month-end experience.
*Excellent analytical and communication skills.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
*Resilient, adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
*A strong team player with a customer-focused approach.
