Full job descriptionWe are delighted to be supporting a highly reputable, fast-growing organisation in the Newcastle area with the recruitment of a Senior People Coordinator. As the business continues to evolve and expand nationally, this role plays a key part in supporting the People team to deliver an accurate, high-quality and efficient HR service.
Reporting to the People Operations Lead, this role will lead on high-level HR, recruitment, compliance and systems activity across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-renowned business at a very exciting time. This position will suit an experienced HR Coordinator who is looking to adopt supervisory responsibilities.
Role responsibilities include:
*Driving HR service excellence across all HR administration processes.
*Working collaboratively with the wider HR team.
*Coaching a small team of HR administration professionals.
*Effectively allocating workload and monitoring quality of output.
*Be a point of contact for employee queries for matters concerning joiners and leavers; resourcing; contract changes; and absence management.
*Ensure integrity of data is effectively maintained.
*Review and quality check complex or higher-risk HR documentation and HR system changes.
*Running and analysing HR reports.
*Driving continuous improvement within the HR Admin function.
*Supporting the wider HR team with ad-hoc HR projects.
