The Opportunity
*Our client is looking to expand their commercial team at their office in Shropshire.
*This role will encompass all aspects within the commercial team of a progressive broker including Sales, Customer Service and technical broking.
*The role will involve the management of client insurance programmes across varied business sectors and insurance products.
*Successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship and ensure clients receive exceptional service and technical advice.
*Work closely with senior colleagues.
Successful Candidates
*Exposure to the Commercial Insurance market would be of interest : Some experience in an Account Handling, customer service, administration or sales role would be welcome.
*Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery.
*Excellent communicators with proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
*Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
*Will be looking to build a long-term career.
