IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a well-known national business seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) ADR Driver to join their Bradford hub operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver, Class 1 ADR Driver, Cat CE Driver, LGV Driver, CE Driver, or ADR Driver looking for ongoing work, competitive rates of pay, guaranteed daily hours, and immediate starts.
What We Offer*£18.00 per hour PAYE.
*£21.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.
*Minimum of 10 hours’ pay guaranteed per day.
*Monday to Friday working pattern.
*6am starts.
*Ongoing work.
*Immediate starts available.
*Modern fleet of vehicles.
*Free on-site parking.
*Weekly pay and online payslips.
*28 days’ paid annual leave pro rata (PAYE, inclusive of statutory holidays).
*Pension contributions.
*Access to the Acorn Rewards Scheme.
*Ongoing support from the specialist Acorn Driving Team.
Key Duties*Complete morning shifts starting at 6am.
*Carry out 2-5 deliveries per shift.
*Undertake general haulage duties.
*Transport ADR goods safely and in compliance with legislation.
*Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
*Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
*Follow all road transport legislation and company procedures.
*No handball required.
Requirements*Full UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence.
*Valid Driver CPC qualification.
*Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
*Valid ADR licence covering Classes , and 9 (Packages).
*Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation.
*Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach.
