Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, based in Fareham, is recruiting for a Team Administrator to join their existing team. This is a varied role where you will be providing administrative support to a team of technical consultants, preparing reports and documentation, and dealing with clients on a daily basis. You will need to be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be happy to muck in and turn your hand to a variety of tasks.
The Role
*Providing administrative and client support to a team of technical consultants
*Preparing technical reports, correspondence and site-specific documentation using MS Word and Outlook
*Processing orders and documentation, uploading reports to client web portals and maintaining company databases
*Answering the telephone and dealing with client queries, ensuring a professional and helpful service
*Producing basic CAD drawings and supporting colleagues with a variety of tasks to ensure work is completed on time
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be confident using your own initiative. You will be a team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Good computer skills, particularly MS Word and Outlook, are essential, along with accurate typing skills. Previous experience producing consultant or technical reports would be an advantage but is not essential. A logical approach to problem solving and a positive, can-do attitude are also important.
