Product Innovation Engineer / Whitstable / Hybrid / Permanent /
Up to £80,000 Basic Salary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Innovation Engineer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in prototype engineering experience and experience developing new products in an engineering space.
Key Responsibilities
*Designing and developing prototype products
*Work with the testing team to ensure products meet guidelines and amending prototype specifications
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure designs meet the correct requirements
*Conduct investigations on failed prototype tests
*Presenting concepts and technical details to internal teams
Requirements
*Previous experience within a product development or prototype engineering position
*Higher National Certificate or Degree in an Engineering field
*Experience using SolidWorks or a similar 3D CAD software
*Background within manufacturing, engineering, or mechanical environments
*Good communication and presentation skills
Package:
*Basic salary up to £80,000
*25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
