We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bricklayer to join a busy social housing contractor working across Bolton and surrounding areas on a temporary contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.

Your new role
*General bricklaying and masonry repairs
*Repointing and patch repairs
*Repairing damaged walls, steps and garden walls
*Rebuilding brickwork and blockwork
*Structural and non-structural repair works
*Making good following remedial works
*Working within occupied and void properties
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
What you’ll need to succeed
*NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Bricklaying (preferred)
*Previous social housing, maintenance or repairs experience
*Full UK Driving Licence
