Responsibilities
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will:
*Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles
*Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections
*Ensure vehicles meet all legal, compliance and safety requirements
*Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required
*Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
*Accurately complete repair documentation and job records
*Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business
*Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability
The role offers a varied workload, working across a range of light commercial vehicles and fleet operations.
Various shift patterns available. Details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals who have:
*NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
*Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles, LCVs or similar fleet vehicles
*A full UK manual driving licence
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
*A proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
