The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will take full ownership of delivering complex projects, programmes, or portfolios—ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. You will chair client meetings, lead Steering Committees, act as the key escalation point, and guide consultants and analysts supporting your engagements.


You will play a significant role in developing our consulting capability: shaping team structure, supporting succession planning, mentoring junior consultants, and modelling best-in-class delivery and communication.
Additionally, you will identify new opportunities within existing accounts, partnering with client development colleagues to scope, pitch, and secure further work.


What You’ll Do
*Lead multiple private equity client engagements simultaneously.
*Provide strategic oversight and direction across projects.
*Build strong client relationships and uncover account development opportunities.
*Drive commercial discussions, including scope, rates, and extensions.
*Lead, coach, and develop consultants and analysts.
*Ensure utilisation and project delivery targets are met.
*Contribute to new consulting offerings and internal strategic initiatives.
*Maintain an active external profile through events, networking, and thought leadership.
