*Adapt and differentiate teaching to meet the needs of learners across a range of abilities.
*Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, using assessment effectively to inform future teaching.
*Encourage positive behaviour, independence, confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
*Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.
*Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, trips, events, and school initiatives.
About You*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
*Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting, with KS1 or KS2 experience desirable.
*Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
*Be enthusiastic, nurturing, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching.
*Have excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
*Be passionate about helping children achieve their academic and personal potential.
*Have high expectations for learning, behaviour, and pupil development.
*Be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.
*ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive appropriate induction, mentoring, and support.
