We’re looking for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator to join a growing independent agency where your ideas, experience and personality will genuinely matter.
You’ll look after buyers and sellers throughout their property journey, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and help keep sales moving through to completion.
The role includes:
*Managing buyer and seller enquiries
*Conducting professional property viewings
*Negotiating offers confidently
*Providing regular feedback and updates
*Progressing sales from offer to completion
*Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents
*Keeping property listings and CRM records up to date
*Generating new business and building local relationships
*Supporting the wider sales team
