This is a great opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain valuable classroom experience while supporting pupils with additional needs. You’ll work closely with teachers and experienced SEN professionals, developing practical skills and confidence that can help shape your future career.
The RoleAs a Graduate SEN TA, you will:
*Provide focused one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
*Assist teachers with inclusive lessons, classroom activities and targeted interventions.
*Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
*Support children with their academic, social and emotional development.
*Build positive relationships with pupils and collaborate with the wider school team.
About YouThe ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
*A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
*A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them thrive.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A patient, positive and adaptable approach.
