This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain practical classroom experience while making a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs. The RoleAs a Graduate SEN TA, you will:
*Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
*Assist teachers with inclusive classroom activities and targeted interventions.
*Encourage pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive behaviours.
*Help create a calm, engaging and supportive learning environment.
*Build positive relationships with pupils and work collaboratively with school staff.
