Are you a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for your next opportunity in Didcot? A welcoming and supportive nursery is seeking a dedicated early years professional to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The RoleAs a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
*Plan and deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
*Encourage children’s learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
*Provide a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
*Build strong and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
*Observe children’s development and contribute to their individual learning journeys.
*Play an active part in the smooth running of the nursery.
About YouThe successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:
*A recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent early years qualification.
*A solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
*A warm, patient and proactive approach to working with young children.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*The ability to create engaging and positive learning experiences.
*A genuine passion for supporting children during their early years.
