London Gateway
£32,000–£38,000 DOE
Hybrid – 1 day WFH once fully trained
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm


On behalf our our client we’re looking for an experienced Freight Operator to join a growing and supportive forwarding team, handling Deep Sea Import operations for a varied client base.


You’ll manage shipments from booking through to completion, liaising with customers, shipping lines, agents and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.


What they are looking for:


• Previous freight forwarding experience
• Good knowledge of deep sea import procedures
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• A proactive, positive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CargoWise One experience is a bonus, but not essential


What’s they offer:


£32,000–£38,000 depending on experience
25 days’ holiday
