Our client is a well-established and growing sales and marketing company based in Central Manchester. Due to continued growth, they are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join their customer-facing sales team on a long-term, full-time equivalent basis.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching and support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll represent recognised brands through face-to-face residential (D2D), event and B2B campaigns across Manchester, including:
*Engaging with potential customers and building positive relationships through face-to-face campaigns.
*Representing client brands professionally and delivering a great customer experience.
*Presenting products and services clearly and answering customer questions.
*Working towards sales goals while developing your communication and customer service skills.
What They’re Looking For
*Availability: Aged 18+ with full-time equivalent availability of 4–5 full days per week (Monday–Saturday).
*Location: Able to commute to St Ann’s Square, Manchester as required.
*Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking face-to-face.
*Attitude: A positive, motivated approach and willingness to learn and develop.
*Experience: Previous customer-facing experience is welcomed but not essential.
