As a Junior Financial Adviser, you will initially support clients and senior team members with administrative, research and customer-focused activities. You will receive guidance and training while developing your understanding of financial products, client communication and industry processes.
This role may suit candidates with customer service, administration, sales or business experience who are looking to move into financial services.
Responsibilities*Assist with client enquiries and general account information
*Support senior advisers with administrative tasks
*Maintain accurate client records and documentation
*Conduct basic financial product and market research
*Prepare information and documents for client meetings
*Follow internal procedures and compliance requirements
*Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
*Complete training and development activities
Key Skills / Qualifications*No previous financial adviser experience required
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Good organisation and attention to detail
*Comfortable working with numbers and information
*Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
*Willingness to learn financial services procedures
*Professional and reliable approach
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment
