Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst / Finance Manager to provide financial analysis, reporting and commercial insight while supporting key business decisions.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with financial data, developing reports, identifying trends and communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders. This is a fully remote opportunity for a finance professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
Responsibilities*Prepare financial analysis, management reports and performance summaries
*Monitor budgets, forecasts and key financial indicators
*Review financial data and identify trends, risks and opportunities
*Support forecasting, planning and budgeting activities
*Develop and maintain financial models and reporting tools
*Present analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
*Investigate variances and provide actionable insight
*Support business planning and commercial decision-making
*Ensure financial information is accurate, timely and well documented
*Collaborate with finance, operations and other business teams
Key Skills / Qualifications*Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
*Significant experience in financial analysis, FP&A or finance management
*Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
*Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting
*Ability to interpret complex financial information
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail
*Experience working with ERP, BI or financial reporting systems is advantageous
*Professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CMA or equivalent is desirable
*Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
