Full job descriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Professional Services & Customer Advisory Consultant to support customers throughout the product and service journey. The role combines customer consultation, commercial awareness and professional service support within a fully remote environment.
You will work with customers to understand their requirements, provide suitable guidance, coordinate with internal teams and help deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities*Build and maintain strong customer relationships
*Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
*Provide professional product and service guidance
*Handle customer enquiries and follow-up activities
*Prepare quotations, proposals or service information when required
*Coordinate customer requirements with internal departments
*Support account and service-related administration
*Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
*Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary
Key Skills / Qualifications*Previous experience in customer advisory, professional services, account management or a related role
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
*Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
*Experience within industrial equipment, engineering, technical products or B2B services is advantageous
