An established and highly regarded Employment Law team in Exeter is looking for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing practice.

The Role
You will handle a varied Employment Law caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
*Advising employers on day-to-day employment issues
*Employment Tribunal claims and advocacy where appropriate
*Complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters
*Employment aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence
*Large-scale employment projects and consultation exercises
*Ongoing HR and employment law support for businesses
About You
*Qualified Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive
*Ideally 2–6 years’ experience in Employment Law
*Experience advising employer clients
*Strong technical knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Excellent communication and client management skills
