The Company
This is a well-established hospitality and events group with over 25 years in the industry, running a multi-brand portfolio that spans venues, catering and event management. The in-house product events division sits at the heart of the business, delivering a broad and high-profile programme year-round. With new ventures launching and growth firmly on the agenda, a Senior Event Project Manager here will make a visible mark rather than maintain the status quo.
The Role
This Senior Event Project Manager role sits within the in-house product events division, taking full ownership of the annual installation and events programme, from large-scale summer structures through to high-capacity Christmas shows, while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, catering and senior leadership to deliver commercially and operationally.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major seasonal installations up to 1,700 capacity
- Manage logistics, timelines and supplier relationships across the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, catering and senior leadership throughout delivery
- Oversee the year-round venue events programme including corporate, fashion and entertainment formats
- Manage on-site event delivery, including evening and weekend periods as required
- Support the development of new product lines planned for launch in 2028
The Candidate
The right Senior Event Project Manager will have owned large-scale event projects from brief to live delivery (ideally from an agency background), with a track record spanning corporate, fashion, entertainment or hospitality formats, and will be comfortable managing complex logistics and cross-functional stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
Experience with seasonal or temporary installations is beneficial but not essential. Candidates coming from senior project, production or account management backgrounds in adjacent event sectors are warmly encouraged to apply. It is the depth of ownership and delivery experience that matters most here.
