No previous care experience is required, as we provide full, comprehensive paid training to help you succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing day-to-day emotional and practical support to vulnerable individuals or individuals with learning difficulties.
*Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companion care.
*Accompanying clients to community activities, medical appointments, or grocery shopping trips.
*Helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and personal well-being.
*Keeping accurate daily records of client care logs and reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
*A genuinely caring, patient, and empathetic personality with a passion for helping others.
*Excellent communication and active listening skills.
*Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shift patterns (Days, Nights, or Weekends).
*No prior experience or qualification needed (Full paid training and induction provided).
*Must be legally eligible to work in the UK and undergo a standard background check.
