ACS Staffing Solutions is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join an exciting new operation in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, newly opened warehouse equipped with excellent facilities, including locker rooms and a hot and cold canteen.

Your Responsibilities as a Warehouse Operative, you will:
*Pick and pack customer orders accurately using LLOP/PPT equipment
*Prepare goods for dispatch
*Ensure stock is handled safely and efficiently
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
*Follow all health and safety procedures
*Work collaboratively within a busy warehouse team
Working Environment
*Clean and modern warehouse facilities
*Ambient warehouse temperature of approximately 5-6°C
*Manual handling involved, with the heaviest items weighing up to 5kg
*Full training and ongoing support provided
What We’re Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Focused with good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with manual handling and cooler temperatures
Previous warehouse or LLOP/PPT experience is beneficial, but not essential
