You will play a pivotal role in leading the Business Services department, managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing a team of qualified and part-qualified staff, and contributing directly to the strategic direction of the firm.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of business services clients
*Lead, mentor, and develop a team of qualified and part-qualified staff
*Review accounts, management information, and tax computations prepared by the team
*Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
*Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience at a senior or director level within an accountancy practice
*Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
*Sound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and current tax legislation
