We are looking for an experienced RTA Paralegal to join a busy Personal Injury team, managing a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims from inception through to settlement.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing a caseload of RTA files both pre and post issue
*Progressing claims efficiently and in line with relevant protocols and procedures
*Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors and other third parties
*Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
*Conducting negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
*Ensuring files are accurately maintained and progressed within required timescales
Previous experience handling an RTA caseload of litigated files is essential for this role.
