Full job descriptionWe are partnering with a growing independent consultancy looking to hire a Senior Risk Transfer Consultant to join its expanding de-risking team. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing risk transfer practice.

This is a client-facing role where you will: *Advise pension schemes on de-risking and risk transfer strategies
*Support transactions from initial planning through to execution
*Work closely with clients, insurers and advisers across the market
*Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
*Contribute to the growth and development of a specialist risk transfer team
About You *Significant experience within the pension risk transfer market
*Strong understanding of de-risking solutions and insurer markets
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Experience operating at Senior Consultant level or above
*Project management, business development or actuarial experience would be advantageous
