Full job description Senior Business Analyst - London/Hybrid - Permanent - £70,000 - £80,000 base + bonus + benefits
My client, a leading global financial services organisation is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support high-profile business transformation and post-acquisition integration initiatives.
This is a business-facing role with a strong focus on M&A integration, operating model design and end-to-end organisational change. We’re looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can help shape, document and deliver meaningful organisational change.
What you’ll be doing
*Supporting business transformation & integration programmes
*Defining Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state processes
*Mapping current and future state business processes
*Gathering and documenting business requirements and gap analyses
*Facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders
What we’re looking for
*Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
*A strong background in business transformation and organisational change
*Experience developing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
*Exposure in M&A, more specifically post-merger/post-acquisition integration projects - benefical but not a must have
