Job Description:
Full job description Our leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the end-to-end Rolling Review process within the Client Lifecycle Management division. You’ll lead a team of KYC professionals, ensuring engagement with FO and offshore rolling review teams.
Key responsibilities of the role:
*KYC end-to-end Oversight. Maintain close oversight of the end-to-end KYC process.
*Stakeholder management. Be the primary contact between the KYC team and FO.
*Process Optimization. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational risk, and drive client experience improvement.
This is a newly created role within a high growth area of the company. A brilliant opportunity!
The following skills / experience is essential:
*Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations.
*Proven experience managing end-to-end KYC processes.
*Experience in client facing roles.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
Salary: Up to £80,000
Level: Assistant Vice President (AVP)
Location: London (good work from home options available)
