About the RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join a professional Financial Services team supporting the administration of workplace and corporate pension schemes.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover opportunity, offering an experienced administrator the chance to join a professional environment and make an immediate contribution to the team.
Key Responsibilities*Administer workplace and corporate pension schemes
*Process new members, leavers and retirements
*Process monthly pension schedules and upload to provider websites
*Manage death and retirement claims
*Support new pension scheme set-ups and renewals
*Complete annual client reviews and prepare scheme reports
*Act as a key point of contact for clients, providers and Advisers
*Provide administration and technical support to Financial Advisers and Consultants
*Assist with product and provider research
*Maintain accurate client and policy records
*Keep up to date with Auto Enrolment, pension legislation and regulatory changes
*Identify and resolve issues and support improvements to processes
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience in Pensions, Workplace Pensions or Corporate Pensions Administration
*Good knowledge of workplace pension schemes and Auto Enrolment
*Experience dealing with pension providers and clients
*Strong administration and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication and customer service skills
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*A proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
