*Annual Salary: £40,000 + Bonus

Join a leading company as an HR Business Partner. Help them to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and support our mission their mission.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Manage the recruitment of staff up to management level within the UK business.
*Act as a liaison with external agencies and bodies, ensuring internal compliance, performance, and cost criteria are met.
*Support and direct Managers in the delivery of Performance Management and Capability procedures.
*Advise on legislation, policy, risk, and best practice.
*Support and direct Managers in the delivery of disciplinary and attendance management processes, advising and acting as liaison with Occupational Health service providers.
*Develop, implement, and review employment policies, incorporating changes in legislation, business need, and best practice.
*Compile and manage key HR metrics such as attendance, retention, skills management, and talent development, providing meaningful information to stakeholders.
*Develop and deliver effective training materials associated with local policies or initiatives.
*Act as a key contact in the development and improvement of company HR administration processes, including Pensions, Private Health Insurance, and company car administration.
*Ensure that all key personal data associated with employees is accurate, secure, and integrated with other local processes such as Payroll.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong knowledge of employment relations and legislation.
*Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*CIPD Diploma is preferred.
